Austyn Jones

Austyn was born and raised in Pueblo West, Colorado, and is proud to serve the community she has always called home. She graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, bringing a strong foundation in relationship-building, clear communication, and client care to her role.

Shortly after college, Austyn joined the family business in insurance and quickly discovered a passion for helping people feel informed, supported, and protected. She became part of the One Street Insurance team in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative and has since grown into her current role as Senior Client Relationship Manager.

For Austyn, insurance is about more than policies and paperwork. It is about people. She takes pride in getting to know clients, understanding their needs, and making sure they receive the attentive, thoughtful service they deserve. As part of an independent agency, she values the opportunity to build lasting relationships and help create what she likes to think of as an “insurance family”—a place where clients feel known, cared for, and confident in their coverage.

Outside of work, Austyn enjoys spending time at the lake, being with family, and making memories with her dogs.
